Only if you buy one with external power.

There are some USB hubs with a barrel jack or USB-C power input that can provide USB-A fast charging.

This is your generic, run of the mill USB hub which should be enough to get the job done. I own a couple of the UGREEN Ethernet Adapter USB 3.0 Hubs [amazon.com] which was their first go at it.

No problem.

The second one does mention that it provides an "Extra Power Port for High-Performance Devices"(referring to connecting power via the USB-C port), but doesn't specifically mention fast charging. So, it might work, or it might not. The other two definitely support fast charging.
