Not gas but rather a $19 fuel cell that goes into the slot in the back. It's like having a lighter in the gun.
Per the specs, the cell can last for up to 1200 nails.
Either way, I think most people will be better off with just battery powered finish nailers.

I think you're right. I didn't pay attention to how many.
Still, i think 1200 nails would be worth it enough for someone who need explosive power (like carpenters, perhaps).
