You used to get decent quality daily wear stuff for solid prices, especially with the coupon game.
Now, the coupons exclude everything but their store brands, those brands are nearly Walmart level and prices aren't any better than Target, Costco etc who generally higher slightly higher quality items (though less selection, of course).

I'm still not sure who Kohls target market is these days. We used to shop there for probably 80% of the clothese we be bought when I was growing up in the early-mid 2000's and I continued until around a decade or so ago.
You used to get decent quality daily wear stuff for solid prices, especially with the coupon game.
Now, the coupons exclude everything but their store brands, those brands are nearly Walmart level and prices aren't any better than Target, Costco etc who generally higher slightly higher quality items (though less selection, of course).
