Readers will be able to follow the complete story of the Hobbits and their part in the quest for the Ring with breathtaking illustrations of the iconic scenes in this epic tale—beginning with Bilbo's fateful visit from Gandalf in The Hobbit, continuing with the Council of Elrond in The Fellowship of the Ring andthe Battle of Helm's Deep in The Two Towers, and culminating in the dramatic climax between Frodo and Gollum atop Mount Doom in The Return of the King.

No that's the graphic novel. These have dozens of epic illustrations from Alan Lee, he was involved in some of the concept art for Peter Jackson's Lord of The Rings movies.
