For OP price try like other store, I tried Kearny Supercenter150 Harrison Ave, Kearny, NJ 07032 and it shows $3.38 ea instead of $4.00 ea
You can just select that store and then do shipping, I think it will ship locally
EDIT: Wait nvm, it used to work before but price changes for me at checkout now, it went from $3.38 to $4 at checkout page for me, oh well

Ran out of my usual deodorant and had bought these at Costco, so started using this whole body spray for about 3 weeks before I developed cysts in my armpits. Had to go to the dr, get an ultrasound and a mammogram to figure out what it was. Made my armpits feel sticky and not fresh.
