Perspective, some may not want to join another provider for a "deal". And as far as deals go $165 for a port in is hot garbage when carriers were practically giving away phones to most new customers. So this is a decent price for those buying outright.

You know manufacturers use to make a new version of a phone and the specs would increase.
The first phone with 128gb of storage came out 13 years ago and 12 years ago the iPhone 6 came out with 128gb of storage dont we have like iPhone 13 now are u kidding me dont even post anything with 128gb of storage unless its free

You know the FE version is the bottom tier version of this line. I mean I get you, but yeah... you want more storage you need higher tier phones... or ironically even lower tier (A series not S-series) which may still have microsd card slots

And at $65/month for the line, that's a grand total of $945. Now sure if you want a plan that's $65/month then it's nice, but looking at Metro, you can get $25/month if you bring your own phone, so $509 versus $645 ($40/month difference x 12 months + $165) oh... and your more expensive overall price is the 128GB model not the 256GB model

Got a port-in from a free Visible number I didn't care about from the Pixel 9a deal last year since I left the plan and the phone number was going to expire anyway. Stayed with my main provider in both cases.

FE is way better than A series, almost as good as regular S series. It's a fantastic device.
