Yes, it's so hard to tell because the lumen exchange rate varies on a day to day basis. But in all seriousness, one of the reviewers compared this to his 1,000 lumen flashlight and this one at 10k, was dimmer. So... Hard pass.

Got this deal when posted Dec 21st (https://slickdeals.net/f/18961774-phixton-rechargeable-flashlight-10000-high-lumens-long-range-3280-ft-11-free-shipping-w-prime-amazon) - seems like a decent enough light for what I wanted/needed it for. The case kind of sucks, but it works well enough to keep the light in my emergency bag in the trunk. Probably won't leave this in the car during the summer (for the heat and all), but for the winter it's a good thing to have just incase things go south after dark. Sure, there's plenty of other flashlights to get, but this seemed to be a reasonable price at the time.

Either lumens have shrunk since I worked for GE or there's an extra zero or two in the description.

Is the included 18650 battery at least any good? If it has a capacity of more than 2200mAh and can deliver a good amperage, it might be worth more than the flashlight.

Bought a rebadged version of this at 2 for $12 or so. They're decent and very bright for a single digit number of dollars, especially if you want a spare to give to kids/friends, but the CRI is awful. The grass doesn't even look green under this light.
