Arctic 'nails it' on their other cooling products (fans, etc.) but, I do not recommend their Thermal Grease.
The previous 3 tubes of MX-4 I've bought, all separated within a year or so of room temperature storage. In fact, I just threw out the last tube of MX-4 I'd bought, last night. I stumbled upon it while looking for TIM for a thrown-together R7 8700F build.
'Last build I used MX-4 on (7800X3D), the stuff separated and flowed under the CPU. Unknown if related to the system's failure but, I will not be buying Artic Thermal Grease/Thermal Material again.
Seems like op or someone else is very defensive but it's the truth, at the very least MX-7 is better than this. Unless you are some freak replacing processors every year raw metal and copper required in a proper cooler (along with paste for one more application) is much better value than this. You're simply doing it wrong if you only have one PC and are replacing paste more frequently than 3-4 years.

Doesn't even cover the tariff from last year. 🤣
