i have two of these and neither have been online since the cold spell and the snow we got the last few days eventhough i have 15ft long USB cords running to them so they would always have power, guess they cannot handle the cold

Haven't had to take it down and charge it since initial install. Located in Phoenix.

I'd stick with Eufys offerings if your gonna be using the cameras. That way it's accessed in the same ecosystem.

Funny this camera charges up to 90+% during the winter, and losing power in the summer where I had to adjust the recording 'Optimal Battery Life' setting. I guess it works out as it is positioned on the south side. Purchased for $65 last time, considering for another.

I've had 2 of these die in 15 months. One quit charging and the other wouldn't connect to the wi-fi unless I brought it next to my router so it was useless. They are good when working, there's no subscription and for $50 cheap. I view it as a disposable and know I will probably have to replace periodically. I think that's my best choice since I'm in the Eufy ecosystem.

Eufy is the worst . Cams have tons of false positives and app is poor. I got rid of all mine and on Wyze now. Go Wyze and cloud is cheap
