Saw this shortly after it came out in the mid eighties and some scenes are still stuck in my head. Great and disturbing flick.

This is the BR only, unless I'm missing something.

Price is good for these, but they have 50% off sale a couple times per year that I think is this same price. So this is good if you need it now, but otherwise pretty normal "sale" price.

No. If it included the 4K remaster, it would say 4K UHD in the title. This is the standard Blu-ray, which means 1080p.

Correct but the 1080p is sourced from the same newest master as the 4k. So it is still really good in other words even if not 4k UHD presentation. For those interested in that.
