isekii, All the RAM deals are with the AM5 boards. There are like 3 or 5 available right now but they are not as cheap as the Nov 2025 Black Friday Cyber Money week deal.

But the CPU price + free cooler is a good deal. At this price point, there is no need to go buy Ryzen 7400f/7500f/9500f from China.

yea i've been eyeballing a deal so i can upgrade.
I live by a mc so was hoping to score that 7500x3d but missed out.

They had the ram deal last week. It was like $300 before tax for the 9600x, 16gb of this ram, and the cooler. I bet it comes back.

Everyone gives this CPU crap for being "bad" compared to the X3Ds but at half the price to lose like 10% FPS is a steal of a deal, especially in this market.

I may flip the CPU for this one and sell the extra AIO as well. Save a bit of money in the process of getting a slightly better CPU.

Sometimes good enough is good enough. I got one of these to pair with a 9060xt 16gb and the CPU never gets close to bottlenecking. It's 65w, easy to cool, can power with a flex psu, perfect for smaller/quiet builds.

Should i flip the 7600x i got off the microcenter bundle for this+aio?

I would have to pay $100 more for the cooler anyway...

pump seems reasonable, should be easier to install than the heatsink fan clips:

I really gotta block SD on my firewall... I just pulled trig on this because it is a good deal (... and just because I have extra RAM, case, mobo) ...don't even need the fn thing. I guess I'm building 'nutha SSF!

For others that are trying to compare it to the 7700x, IMHO this is a much better setup for SSFs! I have another SSF (very S) with the 7700x, and that thing runs sizzily. Yet, I have another Zen5 on similar SSF dimension and the thing runs icy cold, fans barely spin.

65w? They're just too efficient! I sill have "one" lightbulb in the yard that runs hotter than that!
