I have this. And while it's better than a hard chair, the donut one that was also on here is better. I'd get another donut one before this one.

Ordered a month ago. Cheap single piece of memory foam. This will be compressed out in a month. Returned and they said just throw it away!

I bought one of these during the last deal and used it on a 10 hour road trip over the course of 2 days. I found that it makes enough of a difference to be worth it for me. It provided additional isolation between my body and the car seat which helped to reduce fatigue due to having to make fewer adjustments to counter all the bumps and humps on the road. YMMV.
