im a huge weber kettle grill fan.. came from a family with modest means and always opted for the cheaper versions of grills growing up.. I was never able to grill / smoke anything worth bragging about ..Until, a friend of mine told me to go ahead and pay the extra for the weber kettle .. Wow , did it make a huge difference.. i am able to get temperatures that was never possible before and the chicken and steak now come out perfect.. I will never own anything other than a weber kettle moving forward
