Yes, about 10-12 year olds for this size, depending on their growth rate. This is a USSSA bat so not really for most recreation leagues. The USA bats are for 12U and younger recreation league.

Overall a decent bat for $20 but you can find others used online or at used sportings good stores.
Detail: This is an alloy bat so it will hold up to lots of practice and batting cages. It has more bounce (1.15 BPF usually) but it will ring a little (because it is aluminum alloy). Composite bats are better for feel but they have a limited use life (about 1 year of travel ball).

This was posted a couple days ago and it is not a good bat.
Firstly, it is a usssa bat which means it is prohibited in many leagues. Moreover, in the leagues it is allowed it is a poor choice because it has a smaller diameter than you can use anyways.
The only use case I could see is it is a practice bat where a smaller diameter could be a benefit, or you're a coach and simply want a "just incase" bat. But then, make sure you can use usssa bats in your league!

That is correct but that's an average. It depends mostly on the kid's height/weight/strength. A drop 10 with a length of 30inch will weigh anywhere from 20-24 ounces. Cheaper bats are usually on the heavier side (not always) Unless a kid is strong, this bat will be too heavy.

Also this bat is NOT certified for the little league. Little league requires USA stamped bats. If you have any other questions, ask away...
