I really wanted to buy this, but most of my travel is by plane. This is a little big. Gotta hand it to them, they tell you right in the listing.
"LARGE CAPACITY: Overall Dimensions (includes wheels & carry handles): 32.5"x 21"x13.25", 66.75 linear inches. Weight: 11.5lbs, Volume: 143.5L. Slightly larger than standard 62 linear inches check-in requirement. Can still be checked on most airlines."

Don't these normally have lifetime warranty based on the model line? I see the listing says woot 90 day warranty but is it possible that's just the default or do you know from experience? Wouldn't they have to open the packages to remove the factory warranty cards then? jw

People need to learn to pack more efficiently. I have never ever needed to check in anything more than a 25" luggage. People who pack these huge suitcases probably don't even use half of the clothes they bring.

This still has the full Travelpro warranty
I don't think this is the case. Travelpro's warranty registration form requires filling out where the product was purchased. Woot is not an option (it is not an authorized reseller). In the Woot forums, Woot has also stated it is not an authorized reseller for TravelPro.

You "bragging" without saying how many days is moot. I can travel with just a backpack too in that case.

I have witnessed people I know who traveled for 3 days carrying 2 29" luggages. I have done 2 weeks on a single 25" luggage. And it's not bragging. People who travel know how to do it, no matter how many days.
My GF has one of these, she had to pay an extra fee on one of our trips. This thing is huge. That being said if your like her, better to pay the fee to check the 1 bag VS 2. And yes, for the same trip I have a carry on.

People who buy these cases travel and bring gifts to family or want room to bring back items purchased on their trips.
