cant tell if this is "new" or refurbished like so much of their stuff on amazon. if its new for 153 bucks thats a huge deal. I paid 220 for my last 32" monitor at staples before christmas. My old acer 32 beside it still looks damn good and its 6 years old and has seen other big brand name monitors die beside it in my dual monitor setup
I wasn't able to get that price, but that's part of the YMMV. I wasn't eligible for the 30% off coupon. Could be a nice deal to those who can get it.
The monitor's brightness is pretty weak at 250 nits. I tried to identify how much power the USB-C port provides, but I couldn't find anything in the user manual. Also, the screen size (32") is large for 1440p so that's not going to be as sharp (low DPI). But as a TV, it's fine. Good color gamut too at 99%.
