Overall a medium to medium-positive review, though he was judging it by its original price of $170. This seems like a very good deal, the power quality is excellent but the efficiency and idle power draw are relatively poor.
The only good feature on these is the reduced charging mode for nighttime slow charging. But that's one more thing you have to do each night.

Outstanding charger (for $70). This is a quality device with excellent build quality and heft. It looks great on the desk and the per-port wattage readouts are a great way to know where your devices are on their charging curves. It's always fun trying to max it out with laptops and iPads to see how close to 250W the total wattage is.
I eventually disabled the WiFi given it is not essential and not sure exactly what data it's sending over the internet.
This is certainly not a value play. For best value per port last year, that probably goes to the Costco deal with Anker 60-watt 3 USB-C + 1 USB-A with two usb-c woven cables and a bonus 30W 1-port charger for $30. Hard to beat that on a per-port basis.

Yes. Yes it can [tomshardware.com].
It's slightly larger so not a Picogo, but probably more durable. Two of those are still probably smaller than the Anker and has the ports.
My favorite today is the 100W Picogo actually, it's super small and I am phasing six into my three go bags when deals pop.
Any time I'm deployed I then have 600W of charging and can literally hold them all at the same time.
