Yup. These have been floating around for at least two years, and my guess is that they're now re-selling the ones that have been returned. Value is probably in the $150 range.

The prices for the same item in a recent week were $224, $223, $213, $232, $245... (You can search HP EliteBook 845 in slickdeals)
The seller kept changing prices to make it sounds a deal but still few were sold recently.

Also, the sold number from ebay is either faked or a accumulated number in the past years. I saw only 9 were sold for the price $223 list.
