I had to go all the way to the checkout page before the promotion was applied. So it worked for me Boston area. Great deal! I went back again and added another cable to my car went all the way to check out and the promotion was applied again.

Seems like YMMV then, because I went to the check out page all the way to the point where I have to hit "Place your order", and it was going to charge the original price.
