Ok, I guess it only applies for black or white, my mistake. OP This DOES NOT WORK for mixing and matching colors. Putting 2 in the cart shows the BOGO, but only black and white. I need a roll of pink.

$20 for 2 spools is "meh". I try to stay under $10/kg unless the filament is special (multi-color, high temp, faster print, etc). The BOGO code is only good for one free spool, so you can't get free shipping without paying for multiple spools at $14.99.
Unknown brand, unknown results. The only reason to get this deal, IMHO, is if you only want 2 spools. The $10/kg price target normally requires getting 4kg or more, so 2kg for $20 isn't bad at all.
Sunlu, Kingroon, and Elegoo are all brands that go under $10/kg regularly, either at 4kg or 10kg at a time. I normally would add esun to that list, but I got a really defective roll of orange PLA from them (won't extrude correctly, won't stick to the build plate, etc), so I'm more cautious on them right now.
