I would think it's real since it's sold AND shipped by Amazon. It's not sold by a 3rd party vendor. However I will say the inly 3rd party vendor I trust in that listing is American Sea Air. They are on TT and EBay and they are a cold star seller!

And everything can be faked. Yes, it's $22 for the wesrten world, which isn't much. You know how much it costs to put some water and "essential oils" in a bottle and box at scale in china? Pennies. Because it's not a single box/bottle, it's hundreds. Now look at the conversion rates between yen and dollars. Scale up to hundreds of units and ask again if it's "worth it".
