bought 2 bikes from these a$$hats..First was great and so i bought a second one (more for the battery and extra parts) but this was clearly used/returned. They are great until something is wrong then forgot about it because they will forget about you. they play the send evidence game, oh send it again, and again until the return window closes. Good deal otherwise but typical chinesium practices.
