If you live near Menards they have seeds for 10 cents right now. The options are somewhat limited though.

Code worked for me on one, but wouldn't work again. I guess you have to load them all at once. Still a good deal. I got the lettuce seeds.

The website shows a variety, including vegetables, but there's not a definite list so you'll likely need to check your store (I'm planning on doing this!).

I bought a 10 herb seed from this company a few weeks back. 3 of the 10 failed to germinate and I tried those 3 twice now.
