Guess you will have to take that up with Mike. Just sharing what I got when I took the survey. If you don't want to pay full price for your sub - here is $2. If that is not enough then there are plenty of other sub shops around. Sad to know I missed the BOGO. Here I was feeling all excited about $2!

There was three, depending on if you got in early or not. Jumper10, Jumper11, and Jumper12.

Also, play the NHL predictor game, a possible 6 points every day, 2 guaranteed just for playing.
48 points to get a mini, 72 to get a regular and 144 to get a giant.

The survey is open until midnight on Jan.29 so should be good at least until then…maybe a day or two later. There were no other dates or details in expiration.
