Infimobile's 10GB, 12 month plan stands out as a very low cost way to get unlimited voice and SMS on Verizon or T Mobile, especially for a second line, backup phone, or light use. The plan can be recharged to start after an existing term ends, and the website now supports renewals and upgrades at the sale price. The main catches are taxes and fees, which can add a lot depending on location, and the 500 MMS monthly cap, which matters more for group chats and media messages. Hotspot is not included on this tier, and service quality and account stability have been inconsistent for some lines.

  • Recharge can queue the next 12-month period to start after current plan validity ends.

  • Unused data can carry over when upgrading or renewing through the Recharge flow.

  • Hotspot can work on Android by adjusting APN settings with a T-Mobile SIM.

  • The plan can work well as a second business line for day-to-day calling needs.

Are they using T mobile or Verizon?

Asking since I only get T mobile at my work
Verizon really dropped off the wagon when 3G went away. The coverage here in the Denver-ish burbs went from the best to the worst, almost unusable. Its crazy.

I have a year of service and my wife just bought her second year of service. The actual service is fine, but they said "the partner" (Verizon) flagged her line for "suspicious activity" and they suspended her line without recourse. She talked to every level of Verizon tech/fraud/etc and they found no flag on her line. Infimobile customer service is entirely India based and they could not even release her number for porting. Buyer beware: incompetent and unresponsive customer support which could cost you your number.

exact same thing happend to my line as well. Was good for last 7 months. This week had a network outage lasting over 12 hours and today got mail flagged "suspicious activity". Question is how can a home user with less than 2 GB out of 10GB per month usage and only calling to 10 ish known friend numbers (not unknown numbers) get flagged off. Maybe INDIA based owner/company so likely out of US mobile company laws as I have not heard of any other US mobile providers suspended line without warning/information/recourse.
Scary when you or your family members are outside home try using/reaching this number and your number is dead for life without warning. Its good as cheap 2nd non critical number but do NOT recomend as a primary critical number. Below is their reponse NOT saying any details why got flagged but have to port out or pay to buy new number loosing your number.
infimobile response below:
We would like to inform you that our automated security and fraud-detection systems have identified your number as being associated with suspicious activity, based on multiple internal risk parameters and algorithms. These systems operate continuously to ensure network integrity, regulatory compliance, and customer safety.
As a result of this classification:
Services on the flagged number have been degraded.
No refunds will be applicable in such cases, as per our terms and conditions
The specific triggers or internal criteria used for flagging cannot be disclosed for security reasons
Available Options
While the services cannot be reinstated, you may consider the following alternatives:
Porting Out: You may request to port your number to another service provider, subject to their acceptance and regulatory guidelines.
New Number Purchase: You may choose to purchase a new number from us if continued service is required.
We understand that this may be disappointing and appreciate your cooperation in matters related to network security and compliance. Our decision in this matter is final and aligned with applicable policies and regulations.
If you require assistance with port-out procedures or purchasing a new number, our support team will be happy to guide you.

for those of you who are accused of "suspicious activity", are you getting refunds? If not, are you doing chargebacks on your credit card?
