Choose "Recharge" option from the website. It won't give you a SIM option, it just adds the new year to your existing account.

It will ask you for the phone number and then it will let you choose to renew or upgrade. You can renew with the same plan you have or upgrade to a different plan, each at the current sale price.

Then you choose to either Upgrade Now or Upgrade Later: You'll want to choose Upgrade Later

Upgrade Now
Unused data from your current plan will carry over to your new plan.

Upgrade Later
Your selected plan will begin automatically once your current plan ends.

WARNING: I was happy customer for last 7 months till today billing cycle 7/12. Today my 14ProMax mobile stopped geting incoming and outgoing calls. Customer support says they have a network issue and ETA is 24 hours. so for 24 hours I will not have incoming or outgoing calls not even WiFi calling. Since their network is down they will not be able to port out my number till their network is up. If this is acceptable and your mobile number is not critical then this is a good cheap service plan.
Curious if its only me or other users also suffering.
Update: All ok now. Outage was for evening and US night phone line working when i tried today morning.

I have a T-Mobile and Verizon line through Infimobile, but no issues occurred for either. You are back up, yes?

All ok now. Stangely if nothing happened to your line, did you make any call during this last evening after 6 till night? Else you would not know network was down.

Can an existing user take advantage of this? My current plan ends in a month or so.

Yes, I was able to recharge my account with the new plan. New plan will be in effect after the end of my current plan validity.

does that automatically take effect at the end of my current plan? Or does it basically start at that moment?
you can choose to have it take affect at the end of your current plan. I just did this for a second time, on a second line that is set to expire 1/16/27. It even let me upgrade my second 12 months from 5GB to 10GB/month using the current sale price of $75.:

Current Plan | Month 1 of 12
Pro Plus 5 GB | 5.00 GB
Next Cycle starts on 20-Feb-2026 23:59:59

Upcoming Plan Unlimited
Plan starts on 16-Jan-2027 23:59:59

My number also didn't work this morning at 7:30 CST. I chatted with tech support and it took about 30 minutes for it to work again. Not happy that this happened.

I understand this won't provide hotspot functionality in a phone….but would it work to provide data for an iPad? Or how about if it was installed directly in a standalone hotspot?
Not likely. The site asks for an IMEI before you buy to confirm compatibility though so worth checking on either device.

Anyone know how long we have to activate the line? Also why does my phone(ip13p) cost more than my brothers(ip15p)?

we're in 2026 and in the USA, but still seeing 4G is crazy. Let alone, data caps.
