"However, with the multi-network add-on, you can add a second line with a separate number to your primary line that shares your unlimited data plan, but that is on a different network (for example, if your primary line is on Light Speed, you could add a second line on Warp). This addon will not allow your primary line on WINTER149 to change networks."
I have no clue how ATT hasn't closed down because everywhere I've been their network is shit.
I don't know all the workings behind the scenes. I've been with them (5 lines) for a bit over 4 years with no issues (Warp and Lightspeed only)
They are REALLY pushing Darkstar, so gotta be getting some sweet deal from ATT or planning to get a ton of subscribers and hoping ATT buys them out???

My son's phone has been on Spectrum Mobile. We got a year of free service when we switched our home internet to Spectrum, but that promo ended. The first paid bill was $30, and now they've notified us it's jumping to $40/month, which feels high for what it is.
I'm looking at US Mobile's Unlimited Starter annual promo on Dark Star (AT&T) ā it comes out to $119 for the year with a promo code, so roughly $10/month if you stay on Dark Star the whole time. Verizon coverage is a bit better where we live, but AT&T has been perfectly usable.
Before I pull the trigger, I wanted to check:
š Is anyone aware of any other current promos anywhere close to this price point, especially annual or prepaid deals?
Appreciate any suggestions ā thanks!
Is the extra $ is worth it?

If you do want to stick with Verizion, Visible is running deals now. They're more expensive but longer duration. I'd personally go with US Mobile for the year and then switch over to Visible after - they'll probably be running another deal in a year.
"The line must remain on Dark Star for the full duration of the annual cycle. Attempts to transfer the line to any other network will void the discount, and the line's authorized payment method will be charged the difference between the full price of the annual Unlimited Premium plan and the discounted price."
Does this mean if you port out with a day left on the annual plan (to avoid paying the full price renewal) you will be charged the additional $ to make it like you paid full price for this and not the promo price?! If so, this seems crazy.
TIA.

I have verizon, and won't be dropping them (family), but I dont get any service at work. Currently I have one of the Tmobile 30gb $10 plans on a 2nd phone to hotspot to my main phone, and it works for price. But ATT actually has the best service specifically at work. Plus the international benefits would also be useful since my VZ plan is stuck on the Do More plans (disney+). I would easily drop tmobile and do the Premium plan on US mobile for $150 a year, if I'm able to get a comparable rate after the 1 year. But if its going to be a struggle after 1 year, then that's got to be a dealbreaker for me since the tmobile 30gb $10 plans are gone now. $390 /yr is certainly more than what I would be willing to pay for a supplementary phone line.
