I chatted to them on this. This won't work. You are locked on Dark Star.

"However, with the multi-network add-on, you can add a second line with a separate number to your primary line that shares your unlimited data plan, but that is on a different network (for example, if your primary line is on Light Speed, you could add a second line on Warp). This addon will not allow your primary line on WINTER149 to change networks."

Dark Star is ATT network, this states MUST remain active on Dark Star.

I have no clue how ATT hasn't closed down because everywhere I've been their network is shit.

private company, owned by a Pakastani, most of their support team works from Pakastan. Though it's a company registered in New York.

I don't know all the workings behind the scenes. I've been with them (5 lines) for a bit over 4 years with no issues (Warp and Lightspeed only)

They are REALLY pushing Darkstar, so gotta be getting some sweet deal from ATT or planning to get a ton of subscribers and hoping ATT buys them out???

I bought this plan did not realize that you could not switch the network if you dont get a good service with one provider. Now I'm stuck for a year and USM dont want to do anything. Anyone know if there is a backhand work out on this like reaching a manager or supervisor?

You can add multi-network to your plan, which gives you a secondary backup line on any of the other networks. It does cost extra, but it's on sale for 50% off ($45/yr) with the MULTI50 promo code until 2/25. Most newer phones support automatic data switching between networks if one line loses coverage. You could also manually set your secondary line as your primary data line if the service for that network is a lot better. So that's an option.

The problem is about receiving and making phone calls, not so much with data. If the extra plan will allow me to switch my primary line to a different network then yes it will work but otherwise I dont see how it is going to work.

When I tried to activate the premium plan($149), options show 3 providers, dark star, light speed, warp. Can I activate line with warp instead of dark star?

Is this deal still available? Were you able to add it to the cart?

Hopefully they bring a similar deal back. Premium went from $149 to $290 for the year. I'm in the market to switch companies.
