It's top tier honey with the most nutrients compared to regular raw honey. Bees use a specific plant which is only available in New Zealand and bees can only access it like 4-6 months out of the year.

Not confirming whether it's legit or not, but UMF 12 Manuka honey at Costco is $18 (recently on sale for $13) for 17.6oz. 13oz of UMF 10, which is the lowest of the medium grade Manuka honey, for around $11 wouldn't necessarily be an insane price. The lack of reviews on Amazon is certainly concerning though.

I have a bottle of this in front of me and the cm listed does match. The Kroger clearance tag on my bottle says $15.54 so price would be slick. Of note, Kroger has moved on to selling a UMF 5 instead of UMF 10 in this brand.
