Maybe I'm dumb but none of these look "shockproof" or "Hard Shell."

Result of some questionable translations? Perhaps the "hard shell" is a more nonporous type material vs the more fabric-ish on the "Soft Shell?" The hard shell is listed as "Neoprene" which last I checked was pretty soft

Not saying this aren't decent prices (especially for a 2 pack), just not the same as the title of the product suggests.
