Yes but I would recommend to use the remote as it's hard to control on the phone.

DJI does not ship drones to the USA anymore. If you want one you will have to get it from another source and pay a little more. I ordered one of these from a Korea seller and received it in 5 days. If your not in the USA then you can probably get a better deal than this.

I just bought this one that comes with 3 batteries, charger, etc. I bought also a used RC-N2 on eBay for a total of about $400+tax.

Did you get your with the RC2 controller?

All the non pro mini only get 4k 30 fps while the Neo 2 has 4k 60fps.

Neo 2 fly is like a flying photographer based on its Intelligent follow-up shooting function, while Mini 4k is more suitable as an entry-level flight camera for beginners.
