It depends- I've found using the 3 and 5 port Wagos for junction boxes WAY easier to do wire management as everything is able to be folded back and tucked in easier with the wires in a row instead of a twisted bunch. I can also ensure the same amount of contact with the wago and adjust after install if necessary where a wire nut may have one wire twist or get pulled back just enough to not make contact with the rest of the wires. Wire nuts definitely have their place for the bigger stuff but Wagos are my go to for light switches, light fixtures, and electrical outlets.
