These are awesome! If you're not aware, this (and other Cento products) has a "Find My Field" code on each can that you can use to lookup the actual farm that those tomatoes were grown in (in Italy)! What style of pizzas are you making? I love these, but which ones have you tried to make you never want to try others?
Neapolitan style pizza. Just hand-crush the tomatoes, remove the heavy skin/ends and add a little salt/pepper/basil and it's good to go. I used to make a pizza sauce with 10+ ingredients but I love the freshness/simplistic nature of these tomatoes/recipe.
