The way the clasp doesn't lie flat on the inside looks uncomfortable.

Edit: there's a complaint on the ultra 2 version that the clasp broke in 3 months

This item is made of metal and arrived today. It is manually adjustable and includes a toolset for adjustments, which is easy to use. However, even after adjusting it, the fit was not as comfortable or secure as the other adjustable item I own.
