How powertec is still in biz is beyond me. I buy a lot of cheaper woodworking stuff, sometimes it's good, and sometimes it's 💩. Powertec always seems to fall into the 💩 pile. (Although their Dubois line of has had some good stuff over the past year or two.)
* For a few bucks more, get the Harbor Freight "Bauer Miiter Gauge". That one really surprised me! It's not an Incra, but it's better than any of the miter gauges under $140.*
