Tired of failing battery in the middle of blackouts. Replaced the lead battery with lifepo4, couldn't be happier.

While it's cheap - lots of folks receive broken / defective units. If you get 2 years out of the 2x 12v 9ah batteries you're probably lucky!
I'd personally opt for a gently used one someone is selling for $40 that uses 1x 12v 9ah

Either have to get a different unit for that or one that supports higher current, both of which are hard to find
