This backpack has main compartment opening in the back. The other similar backpacks(nomadic, pgytech) with opening in the back choose to put weight of camera gears on the zips.
This backpack is also recommended for being more comfortable than peak design everyday.

Been using this as my work backpack for a few months now. I carry my A7IV with 24-70 and a 10mm, batteries, cables, lav mics, gimbal, and laptop with room to spare. If I ran a DJI mini instead of mavic I could probably get it in there as well. I did have a metal tripod holder buckle break on me, customer service got back to me quick and sent me a new one no questions asked. I got it for 150 back in September, 120 is even better.
