That's what I thought but the last time my chips were packed with a 12 pack of energy drinks they made me take a picture of the crushed chips and send it to them before they would give me a refund. It baffles me how they pack these boxes.

It makes a big difference when they use the heavy packing paper, which they usually do. It helps keep heavier items from bouncing around. My last delivery included 2 cans of soup, potato chips, pretzels and hand lotion in a carton too big for the items, and no packing paper. You can imagine the results. It had to be an oversight.
