I know it comes with Win11 Pro which is an attractive value add, but these are actually fantastic Linux laptops. Fedora supports the trackpad and fingerprint reader and camera out of the box, and I'm sure other major distros do as well.

I bought a mini pc with the i5 - 1135G7 and it's gpu is better than you may think. I bought it for emulation and it looks like it can do everything up to PS2 according to the youtube videos I watched. It can even do some of the next tier of games.

It is a regular 2280 PCIe Gen 3 (maybe 4?) drive slot.

Not USB4 ports - Thunderbolt 4 ports. Memory is either 16 soldered, or 8 soldered + 8 SoDIMM. This is DDR4.

I believe memory is soldered with AMD processors. If Intel (as this one) one bank is soldered, and the second bank is via a SODIMM slot...so this one SHOULD have 16 GB on board, and an open slot for another 16 GB. I'm running a T14 Gen 4 now, and that's how those are configured (and again I believe it's the same for Gen 2)
