They don't have all the same protections and warranty as buying directly from Best Buy. Think of it similar to buying off eBay as the front man.
I may be more concerned if it is was a laptop or a console but if it's a game it's totally fine. Just make sure it's not some international version or something.

what are you talking both eBay and Bestbuy still protect you the same way it would as if you brought it from them. They have to because your got it though website and I have person experience buying from third party's on both.
