I've shied away from these PITA blister packs.
Took me some looking, but Wellsprings sells a version with loose tablets in a bottle.
In case anyone else has had a similar experience with these tiny pills in a non punch blister pack.

Costco used to sell the bottle but they stopped. Asked the pharmacist about it and apparently kids were eating a bunch of them...like 🤦

Which is crazy because all these blister packs do is stop older people from easily opening them. I'm sure a spry teen could make mince meat out of opening these.

I tried opening a bunch to put in a bottle, once. I felt like a Foxconn employee putting together iPhones out of tiny parts.

To answer the quality question, they seemed to be on par with other name brands or generic.
