Price match at Best Buy. Tips for this


Find a microcenter that shows it has stock better if in same state or nearby state
Go to Best Buy online chat and request price match
Be polite to CS rep
If they're say no, say thanks and hop in another chat and try again
Not sure if it helps but I do this logged out of Best Buy, in incognito and restart incognito if failed. This is incase they track chat / what former rep said.

Reminder: even if you don't have a Microcenter nearby, you can buy online on Best Buy, then price match via customer chat, just be ready to send a link to a Microcenter ad showing it in stock. It's what I did -- finished the price match before heading to Best Buy to pickup.

I had Best Buy price match a MicroCenter the other side of the US and only needed to confirm my zip code which I told the rep my zip code was the same as the MicroCenter location that had them in stock. I had to pay regular price and then once I picked up my Mac mini from Best Buy, they immediately released my credit to bring the cost down to $399 + tax.

$50 less than the semi-nomal price its been for months and months and months. Bought last year at $450. Best Buy will price match over chat. Takes 5 minutes over chat. Get free home delivery. I price matched a M4 mini @ $50 and a M4 mini Pro @ $999 last year, both at MC -- and BB had no problem doing it. M5 will prob drop $100 pretty quick, but for 95% of users... never know the diff.
