I've purchased several items from Vevor. They, like all manufacturers in China, have quality control issues, but thus far their customer service has been reliable. With them being in a different time zone you've got to wait usually 24 hours to hear back from them, but I had to recently return a drywall sander due to electrical issues, and they paid for return postage and credited my account within 3 days and before they could have possibly even received the return. I purchased a later model of the same tool so I'll see if it has the same issue(s). If you'll go to the site and get a free membership, you get points with each purchase that can be used like cash for purchases, plus their prices are usually better than Amazon
