Not sure why the downvotes, $630 seems pretty fair these days, especially if you resell the PSU which should net you $80-ish (after fees) on eBay.

Using PC Parts picker, GPU is $619. In October and November, the GPU was under $500 at Newegg and Best Buy.

I don't think we are likely to see the $500 again anytime soon outside of potential Micro Center deals.

At this point, I would say MSRP is a "good" deal. So if you can a 5070 for $550, it is a good price.
