This has been shared before, I actually had this knife and it is a total piece of junk. I have a bunch of cold steel knives and most are rock solid, this has a dangerous liner lock that doesn't work half the time

thanks for that! i almost pulled the trigger as i saw Cold Steel and got excited. i'll stick w Benchmade but i do wanna try some of this brand sometime. any good recs?

The steel is subpar, but for the price it's better than nothing. You'll be sharpening this knife more than actually using it.

Cold Steel has some rock solid knives. Unfortunately this isn't one of them.
