*Disclaimer* I only know this because the screen on my endoscope got cracked while I was working on my car. It was only then that I realized that the camera that was on it was plugged in via a USB A port on the unit. I had some old type C to type A adapters from one of my early Pixel phones (because I'm a hoarder) and tried this out and it worked. I actually prefer to have a dedicated display for my endoscope but these small screens are common and fragile.
Just a random and interesting fact. I might still be ordering this into to replace my old one. Thanks, OP

This is a low cost standalone endoscope camera with its own 4.3 inch screen, aimed at car work and other close up inspections. The detachable camera and USB A connection make it flexible, and the built in display avoids needing a phone app. The main strengths are practical use for engine checks, sensor swaps, and other tight spots, with some setups even able to swap in longer cables or use a phone or tablet adapter. The biggest caveats are the short 6.5 foot cable, fixed camera angle, and repeated doubts that the claimed 1080p is real, so it suits simple inspections more than tricky bends or deep pipes.
Common Questions (5)
No side-facing camera is included on this model, and the camera head is fixed rather than articulating. That makes it harder to inspect bends, pipes, engine bays, and other tight spaces where a 90° side view or a twistable head helps.
The cable is reported to be about 6.5 feet, which is short for this kind of camera and can limit reach in cars, drains, and other tight spaces. Several comments point to longer 16' to 16.5' alternatives in the same price range.
The advertised 1080p/1920p claim is likely overstated; similar units are described as closer to 640x360 to 720p in real use, and one phone-connected version maxed out around 640x380 on a Samsung S24 Ultra. The image can still be useful, but it is not true 1080p detail.
Yes. The camera plugs in via USB-A, so it can be viewed on a laptop or PC with webcam software, or on Android devices with a USB-C to USB-A adapter and a compatible app. That also lets you use a larger screen like a tablet or Chromebook.
Yes, the camera is reported to be replaceable and not hard-wired to the screen. That is useful because the small built-in displays are described as fragile, so a damaged camera or cable does not necessarily mean replacing the whole unit.

Again, I'm not championing any form factor over another here. I was simply sharing a fun fact I happened to figure out after my other endoscope broke. I personally prefer the screen attached to the unit. Others might prefer to have a larger, brighter screen to view things.
If you prefer to pay for an app in the hopes that you aren't being made into a product, I suppose that is fine too lol. Honestly, that's a fair point... but it is one that could be made with just about any smart product or online service today, free or paid. Shoot, if you have an Amazon account to buy this product, the point is a bit moot considering how many services they work with to exchange information about you. At least you can control Android app access as well as disable/uninstall the app if you aren't using it. If they have app requirements in place for data they don't need, I simply deny access during setup and uninstall the app in favor of one that doesn't try to abuse its privileges.

I got one once to check the soffit of my roof for a rat snake that had made its home there. I was not interested in sticking my face up close to the hole where it had gotten in. Found him. Still gives me the heebie jeebies.

Fwiw I tried multiple usb ones and those were crap. I bought a dedicated unit with dual cameras and it has been much better. I still find it difficult to maneuver to camera into position.
