I don't know if this is Home Depot's idea or Milwaukee's idea... but this is stupid pricing. Why price them individually but only while on clearance? Not many people I know would ever use the foam filter (for picking up water) which really only leaves the hepa dry filter. I ALWAYS watch this set as I go through the dry filters a lot and I have never witnessed the clearance price being marked for individual sale but still barring individual sale.
