Just ordered this for delivery tomorrow.

I JUST picked up the subcompact drill and driver kit from Ridgid last weekend. It's been great. However, full size brushless tools AND the brushless 6.5" circular saw, and one bigger battery for $10 more was too good to pass up. I am packing up and returning the subcompact kit in favor of this set.

Are deals like this hackable anymore?

For example, I don't need the saw or batteries/charger. Any chance to reduce the price further through the partial return method or is that process no longer valid?

Tool sets like tis were never hackable. You get a box carrying a single UPC with all the tools pictured.

The hackable deals are where you buy an item and get another item for "free" bundled with it. Both items have separate UPC's and return values.

I think that only works when it's a free tool addon, and or when it shows them as separate items in the cart

Had the subcompact saw and 2 4ah max batteries sitting still in the box from the $117 deal. For about $35 more after tax I gain two tools and only lose 2ah of max battery (of which I already have multiple). Pretty great deal.

This is where i'm at too (almost).
Have the same kit as you but missed the $117 deal and got mine at $129. For $20 extra with this deal i'd be getting two more tools plus the bag for 2ah less on one battery, not bad!

Oh even more reason for you to jump on this deal. Gap is even smaller. I know the next 9/10 deals are going to be battery heavy (last deal I got was a brushless multi tool and 2x4ah max batteries) so better to grab the tools with this one.
