I went ahead and ordered it but I still have time to do some research and see if this is the best current deal. I usually go to Target when they give you a 10-15.00 discount and you also get 5% off with using your Target debit card to pay and sometimes you have other coupons to use. Amazon just isn't as less expensive as it used to be.
I got it down so made it a better deal than Target:

I am having the same issue, I bought it because of this $15 extra rebate but if we can't file it then it a loss. Anyone successfully submitted the rebate yet? TIA
