Neat light. I've been waiting for the price to drop on the triple panel.

79 for tool only.

Recently got a similar style light from Milwaukee and love it. Those were about $55 each. I'm liking $79 tool only but not loving it. $60 would be slick.

Bought this last time and took it back. On a few things that I clamped it to the light simply started to drop due to weight. it's heavy with a battery, I tried the battery it came with... sure it's better with a smaller one. Placing in a stationary location, I'm sure it's fine and the light given off was good like most of the other Milwaukee lights I have.

Not sure why the hate on this light but I think this is one of their best clamping/magnetic lights to date. I have a tone of M18 lights, and this one is the cats meow for attaching to any kind of equipment with ROPS or similar. For reference I have a Kubota tractor that I use to plow snow and I never have enough light with the headlights on it... I bought and used this thing while clearing snow at night this last storm and it is a night and day (pun intended) difference! It clamped to the ROPS like a boss, never moved or fell off - the light stayed in place and was crazy bright illuminating everything. I had a 6.0 battery on it and had it on high for about 2 hours and it only dropped my battery one bar in the end. Getting another one to use to light behind the tractor for full coverage (buying the tool only @$79 though, better deal if you already have a plethora of batteries).

If it's like the Coast version, automotive work using these large clamp lights are very limited due to its awkward shape and often hard to find a spot to clamp onto. I prefer the M18 Rover Dual with the triple lights.
